Our Story
SiZen Nail Artistry was founded by us, Preston and Jasmine, who met during our college years while earned degrees in Chemistry.
After the birth of our son, Jasmine developed a sensitivity to commercial skincare products. Our industry experience as scientists in pharmaceuticals and formulation chemistry led us to start making our own skincare products from all-natural ingredients, free of preservatives and synthetic chemicals. These products (including scrubs, masks, and lotions) are meticulously formulated weekly by us.
At SiZen Nail Artistry, we offer more than just stunning nails; we emphasize a holistic approach for your whole body. We focus on the health of our customers’ hands, feet, and skin while also nurturing whole-body wellness.
While you’re here, enjoy a rotating selection of complimentary fruit and nut drinks, as well as locally-brewed kombucha, lovingly crafted with seasonal flavors. This refreshing drink is not only tasty but also supports digestive health. Hippocrates, the Greek physician and philosopher who is considered the father of modern medicine, famously stated 2400 years ago that “all disease starts in the gut.” A growing amount of recent scientific studies fully supports that statement. The probiotic nature of kombucha provides millions of beneficial bacteria that support gut health (it’s like drinking yogurt!).
Cleanliness is highly important to us. Every tool that we use in our work is either single-use (disposable) or is thoroughly scrubbed and cleaned, and then sterilized before the next use. We use UV sterilization, which kills all bacteria, viruses, and fungi that may be present, to give you peace of mind.
We welcome all family members to our salon. Jasmine and Preston, as well as many of our technicians, are loving parents, so we understand the importance of family. We do ask that you please keep in mind that our salon is a place of relaxation, so close supervision is greatly appreciated.
